The SJJA women’s program caters for females of all ages and fitness levels, and no prior martial art experience is required.
As designed by World Champion Brown Belt instructor, Samantha Grevet, the program combines fitness training with comprehensive self-defense drills that simulate realistic attack and escape situations.
